Dear Morish ji,
Myself Kaushalendra Mishra & i have Voda Number 9889004567 I had Recharged my number with 198 on 13 Jan 2018. and till now i had consumed 447 minutes with 250 minutes daily usages as per *153*90#. and due to this my outgoing calls barred as per customer care called twice between 12 PM to 3 PM.
Following were the question comes in mind pls resolve as my whole day get hampered due to not connected with my team.
1 if i had consumed 447 minutes in 4 day then how can i consume 250 min in a day.
2 If i had done my first call today at 9:48 then how will it disconnected at 12:15 without completing 250 min (Daily Minute Condition) i.e 4 Hours 10 Min as per Standard Time of India
3 No one is Responding at Customer Care for Quick action & Resolution at your customer care in present scenario of Digital India.
4 If a person like me is having difficulties then how can you sure tha normal people who doesn’t complain to customer care in fear of Lack of knowledge of questioning his problem.
Need your kind support in resolving such issues which are not resolves in quick time (TAT).

i very dis-pointed service for Vodafone because i was call 19 December on customer care 198 then c.c.e ask offer in my mobile no, 9984942632 rs 269 so she ask 1 GB data and 250 min per day offer ask me .so i recharge rs 269 but offer not given so i visit Vodafone store so he ask rs 269 offer not have your mobile number so i requested for Vodafone please solve this problem other wise i switch other
