    No proper response from the staff and for small work also we have to visit the store by min 4 to 5 times .Very bad experience .

    I am surprising to hear your service and your motivation of getting indirect money from costumer. I am using your phone past 5 years. I took some 7 months gap when i was out of station. than I came back I met your executive at your municipal office circle and requested to provide a pree paid card. They advised me to take a post paid card than I can get my old number and advised me to come after two months to change it a pree paid card. I accepted and I had been to the same office on 26th of September some body was advised me to come on 8th of October to change it as pree paid card. In fact I am out of station so today that is 29th of October I again been to your office and they adviced me to come on 8th of November. I prepared to pay total pending amount as on date and requested to cancel of make it pree paid. They deny it to do and they are not in the position to hear what I am saying. So I strongly believe that company like voda phone is planing to collect indirectly money from the customer. I surprised to face this tipe of problem like your company. I am request all the customers to note this.

    I am a vodafone customer.My mobile number is 8884691321.I registered a complaint regarding my last month phone bill which 3875.
    No one is responding properly.I also requested to cancel the sim permanently .Kindly respond to the issue and cancel the sim as soon as possible
