    This is Muhammad Mirza from chennai. I have requested for a number portability from Air tel ( 9894101555) prepaid to Vodafone postpaid on the 14th of September. I have requested online for new connection and received a call from Ms Rooniya (99627 75703) on the 14th of September. Collection executive Venkatesh ( 89391 48471 ) has collected necessary documents in my premises on the 14th of september. I insisted the collection executive to make the process quicker else i have to bare this mobile expenses on my own where in am unable to reimburse my mobile expenses if it is delayed.

    I spoke to one of your call center executive yesterday and they responded saying that the document was submitted only on the 18th and it will take one more week for migration. If it all there was a delay i will not be continuing with Vodafone and would like to cancel this migration request. It was also confirmed from Airtel that the document was submitted only on the 18th.

    My worry is that what your executives have been doing with my documents for a week ? why they have not submitted the documents the very next day ? Is this is the way your executive works ? Is this what a customer can get on request.

    Looking for a proper response for my query and advice necessary action to be taken on the executives involved in it

    Vodafone is my all time favourite network on all aspects…Great network,fantastic customer support..i don’t think any other network can do better than Vodafone..I am very happy to be with Vodafone for the past 17 years…Proud to be associated with Voda.
