    i am a customer of 11 years. from past 10 months due to plan change from prepaid to post paid i had to pay extra means upto 800 to 1000 rs . i had visited icici vodafone branch also at mysore they are just very much irresponsible. my outgong calls have been barred. kindly make my sim prepaid.

    I am a postpaid customer 9945105374. for the last two days internet is not working . I tried switching it off and restarting it, still i am not getting Internet. I am trying to call landline and mobile CS nos no body is picking it up. Donot you have responsible CS officers or this the way you handle it always. You are responsible, prompt and vigilant to send only the bills sending messages and emails to pay but not that prompt to receive the complaints. Let your tribe increase.
