    Dear Sir
    we are facing problem for porting SIM from Vodafone to Jio. our all outstanding clear but our port request rejected due to outstanding payments for number 9168645222. also recently we change authorized signatory for 7507059590 and then raised porting request but this request rejected due to the request is not accompanied by letter from authorized signatory of the subscriber.

    Hi Telecom Regulatory Authority of India,

    I am in UAE and I need your help as I am not getting any valid response from Vodafone team regarding my number 9112016363 and 9763210878.

    Regarding 9112016363,

    I use iRoamFree pack of Vodafone and I was not able to use data from 6th March till 30 march. I made many calls to customer care and they closed all my complaint without even calling me and my issue was yet the same so I stopped using Vodafone from 30 March.

    I want Vodafone to
    1. extend my iRoamFree pack for 24 Days as I was not able to use data from 6th March till 30 march.
    2. Refund my iRoamFree pack cost for 24 Days on Pro rata basis.

    Regarding 9763210878,

    I am using iRoamFree pack from last 1 year around and on 27/03/2019 I got activated a new iRoamFree pack on my number. I specifically asked if there was any change in the iRoamFree pack to customer care and I was informed that there is no change and I get unlimited call and data for UAE.

    I got message on 30 March which says that Alert! you have used 7680.23 MG of 15GB data which made me mad and I called customer care and spoke to manager and she agreed that as I was not informed while taking the iRoamFree pack even after specifically asking, She updated in Vodafone system and informed me that there will not be any restriction for me in UAE and 20 other countries she explained. however she told me I will keep getting message but I will get 4G speed even after 15 GB (same as I was getting before)

    I started getting 1 kbps speed from 1st April and I called customer care to give complaint about the same. your executive give me 243447250 number saying this is complaint number which she told lie and 243447250 number was just the inquiry number (I am facing all this lies and making customer fool etc. after Vodafone Idea merger, Vodafone use to be great company before)

    I tried to know the status of 243447250 complaint from 1st April but Vodafone systems were down for 2 days as I was informed (I am not sure and this might be another act for fooling customers).

    I give another complaint yesterday 02/04/2019 and my service registration number is 524879432 which is supposed to be resolved by today as ETA is 03/04/2019 06:00 pm. (I am sure no one will be even bother to call and this case will be closed without calling customer as it had happened with me for my last 3-4 service registration number)

    Now, as a customer I want one of below.
    1. As I was not informed while taking new iRoamFree pack, I should be allowed to use data with 4G speed and my iRoamFree pack should be extended for the days I am not able to use data (from 1st April I am not able to use data).
    2. Refund my money back as I was not informed while taking new iRoamFree pack even after specifically asking. you can charge me for pro rata basis from 27/03/2019 till 31/03/2019 and refund me rest of the amount with GST of 18%.
