    This network has given me a bitter experience. Miscommitment from vodafone direct sales person, nobody cares about the problem that we are facing. Vodafone only knows to charge huge bills. After activation nobody is there to solve the problems.

    Vodafone sucks not the cellular system but the customer services and their safe custody system. Every year, I visit India and use assign Vodafone number. This year I had done the same. Paid safe custody for a year, starting from Feb 6, 2018 and valid till Feb 05, 2019. But when I came back again on Nov 30, 2018 to India. To reactivate my assign number, Vodafone customer care had refused to do so and one of your customer service agent Arindam Sharma wrote back saying “ number has been returned to the donor operator as the same was not reactivated by you with the stipulated time”.
    What stipulated time? What I think, the agent who issued my safe custody receipt, probably did not report to the appropriate authority.
    My customer care complaint no: 1088429471.. please look into it at an earliest and find out who is accountable and how to reimburse my other expenses incurred during Nov 30/18 till up to date for using other means of communicating.
