    Dear Vodaphone,
    I want to convert corporate connection into individual connection.
    I have submitted NOC from company also. but after 2 weeks also request not forwarded by Vodafone outlet what stupid work these people perform I do not know.
    Over and above no response to calls on outlet number and worst system interacting with customer care.

    there is definitely a customer cheating business.

    Here is a sound Track/direct proof

    We expect Vodafone stores are responsible for customers guideline but there is also cheating of root of customer and sharing a incident to you
    As a Process I lost my SIM so I communicated call centre of Vodafone and requested to deactivate that number for a new sim illegal use of that same may be prevented that time I inquired regarding new sim process decided me you will get new sim at Vodafone mini stores or a Vodafone stores you have to submit 25 rupees there and Aadhar card for verification
    Guidelines given by Call Centre I followed at rajarampuri Vodafone stores today noon they called me amount of new sim rupees 50 .
    I told them how you are demanding additional they can’t explain explain finally team leader agreed to receive amount of 25 rupees and they give me new sim but I am striking another experience as they committed to activate new sim within half hour but it is not happen after one and half hour

    @ I think there is no any customer protection line but there is definitely a customer cheating business.

    Above experience is from Kolhapur rajarampuri Vodafone stores it was occurred on 25th November 2017 duration of 14 to 16 point 30 hours
