I am using Vodafone from 2013 till date and recharging my number every month by 349 but I did not got the offer of 496 or 396 And without knowing that I recharged with 496 as the offer was unable in my no. Main balance was credited with 417.37. Now I thought to convert my main balance to 349 but the short code was unable. So even after using Vodafone from many year this is what benefit I am getting. Really…if don’t get any response I would switch to another provider. I know it won’t affect you much But it’s a feedback from your loyal customer.
