    i have complained regarding MNB several times from 21st february to till to date. butter backend i mean to say ur retention department have been calling me up and activating a wrong pack/billing inspite of me saying that i want to port out from ur network.
    i want to fail against u, i have all the call recordings and the name of the executives to whom i have talked till now.
    if you can resolve the problem, call me urgently or else i will file a case in the court .

    this is sheer negligence from vodafone. it is just to retain the customer that you people are creating a drama and wrong bill being raised. if possible just talk to retention department and hear to my conversation with them, check if i have ever said that i will retain in ur network,

    i think u will understand and respond at the earliest,
    i have spoke to at least 10 people till now and rather pleaded them to resolve my problem and let me port out.

    shame on you people that you don’t revert back. i assure u people that all these data which i am having right now will be uploaded in social platform and also in the court of law,
    you people have harassed by making me wait and roam around my my new network operator. you have to compensate me and give me a answer in written
    1st applied UPC on 19th feb
    21st Feb applied for new network
    23rd wrong bill was raised by your retention team
    retention person name Naresh Mundratha
    27th contacted vodafone about my status : talked with shena sheik and requested her but she explained me the problem and informed me that she would escalate the porting request and the wrom=ng billing done to higher level, so i believed her .
    1st march : talked with padmini manchala and also requested to let me port out and she said she would mention in the remarks and see to it the wrong bill is reverted back .
    1st march: again talked to pardesi and explained the same problem.
    2nd march : talked to sirisha tikka and she assured me that amount will be reverted back soon and there will be no problem for me to apply again for porting.
    2nd March : also got a similar clarification from sravya nutakki and she told me that i am eligible and now can apply for porting.
    7th march : i once again applied for a new UPC code and applied to the new network ,
    8th March : once again talked with Arvind tapan and told him to see to it that porting is done, he responded positively and assured me that it will be done for sure,
    11th March : talked with shena sheik, she assured me that it will be successful on 13th march,
    13th march : talked to althaf ( supervisor ) and they informed me that once again my port request was cancelled as there was a new plan called 200 sms activated by ramalingam from retention department.
    mr ramalingam spoke to me on 10th march and i have pleaded him to please let me port out. i am mentioning the word pleaded instead ,

    this shows ur worst service and concer=n toward s the customers.

    i want to file a case against the above said people.
    if at all u want me to drop the case, contact me immediately and explain me immediately.
