I have a genuine complaint regarding deduction of Rs 125 for forcibly activating two services (Hello tune and free video ).I’ve emailed my grievance to concerned authorities. I received a phone call from an Airtel official who apologised for my inconvenience and stated that he would credit Rs 125 to my account but it is only Rs 100. I am still duped Rs 25. If I am not at fault then why am I penalised. This callous attitude towards customers doesn’t suit to statue of company of yours. Can you do something satisfactory for the sake of real customer service ? Thanks. ……
