    Dear sir
    I Vandana Mishra,am the customer of Airtel for more than 20 years.My
    number is 9893223062.

    I received a message from Airtel some what about 8 or 9th of December that
    to continue outgoing I can use my main balance by dialling a number
    mentioned in the message (which I don’t remember now) for which I confirmed
    with your customer care officer and also senior officer that with out my
    permission the outgoing will not be starting and the main
    balance will be the same.

    Later I got a message immediately after a day that Airtel will deduct the
    balance to continue the outgoing automatically with out my permission.
    I was shocked that how can in a day the rules can change.

    So again I called the customer care executive officer that how can it be so
    without my permission for which I was assured that the main balance will
    not be deducted with out my permission. You can hear your recordings for

    Again after a day I was shocked to see my main balance less inspite of the
    assurance given..

    So to register greivance I called your customer care executive officer for
    which I was not given any satisfactory reply and they kept on frustrating
    my their reply.

    Now I request you to kindly refund my deducted amount due to your wrong
    information provided to the customer positively and at the earliest to
    avoid any inconvenience.

    My name is Bal kishan. & my no 9752322058 or sir mein apka airtel sim last 8yeras se use kr rha hoon mujhe Last ke 10feb to 18march …. se problem ho rhe hai jo maine apke duyara knowledge dee gye hai ke 448ka recharge kraya but koe profits nhi.huya hai na hi main net use kar paa rha hoon or na hi mein calling kar paa rha hoon or continue mein airtel customer care ko call kar rha hoon but koe solutions nhi huya .AaAPKE COMPANY CHOOR HAII CHOOT HAI BHAI CHOOR HAI AIRTEL COMPANY CHOOR HAI .AAGAR TUM CUSTOMER KE PROBLEM SOLVE NHI.KAR SAKATE HAI TOO AIRTEL COMPANY KO AAAG LGAUO OR MARE PASS AAYO MAIN.AAPKO JOB DEE DUUGA .SAALO HAARMO AIRTEL KO BAAND KRO
