    Messers ‘Tanishq’ (Subsidiary of TITAN COMPANY)

    On March 17th , 2019, Undersigned visited Tanishq outlet PEARL CREATION , G 10 & 11, Sector 18 , NOIDA – 201301 (Ph: 0120-6485522), to purchase Brand Tanishq Jewellery .

    It is regretted that the above mentioned ,respected brand of Tanishq outlet , is being run and managed like a road side vegetable shops. Tanishq Outlet representatives were totally untrained , lacked the professional attitude and lack lustre . They behaved like a tutored parrot , Etiquettes and fineness to deal with the customers , lacking.

    (A) UNDERSIGNED A SENIOR CITIZEN AND AN ACCIDENT PATIENT SELECTED FEW ITEMS OF GOLD (AMOUNTING TO OVER TWO LAKHS AND PREFERRED TO PAY BY CHEQUE . THE OUTLET REPRESENTATIVES A GENTLEMAN AND A FEMALE REPRESENTATIVE , WAS TOLD TO ACCEPT THE CHEQUE AND PREFER TO DELIVER THE GOLD JEWELLERY ITEMS THUS PURCHASED TO THE HOME ADDRESS (LOCATION WITHIN P ONE KILOMETRE, ONLY AFTER THE CHEQUE IS CASHED AND AMOUNT OF CHEQUE IS RECEIVED BY THE Tanishq Outlet . They were ready to accept the cheque , but under the term that as per Company Policy , it will take minimum one week, for the cheque to be cashed and later items to be delivered.

    Undersigned told them that the time required for the Cheque to be cashed , is well understood , but how & why minimum of seven days , is not understood . The Outlet Representative were indifferent to the undersigned and failed to understand the logic and reasoning. THE JUST KEPT OF HARPING THAT IT IS THE COMPANY POLICY. UNDERSIGNED CUSTOMER REPEATEDLY STATED THAT HE IS NOT THE COMPANY EMPLOYEE AND NOT UNDER ANY OBLIGATIONS TO FOLLOW THIS OR THAT POLICY OF THE COMPANY . CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITY IS LIMITED TO PAY THE AMOUNT OF THE ITEMS PURCHASED . IF PAID BY THE CHEQUE , RECEIVE THE ITEMS ONCE THE CHEQUE IS CASHED AND AMOUNT RECEIVED BY THE OUTLET (SELLER). Customer in no way under compulsion to accept the illogical term of minimum one week hold up of the amount .
    Company Policies are to be followed by the employees (not by the customers )
    Evidently company has failed to train their outlet representatives , to act on logics.

    (B) UNDERSIGNED CUSTOMER REFUSED TO ACCEPT THE TERM OF HOLDING UP OF AMOUNT AS PRESENTLY THE CASHING OF BANK CHEQUES TAKE NOT MORE THAN 2 days (maximum 3 days in social circumstances) . Items selected for purchase , dropped . NOW ONLY TWO ITEMS SELECTED FOR PURCHASE AND TO BE PAID BY CASH OR BANK CARD.

    (C) Enough time already wasted at the outlet . Representative were requested to receive payment by the undersigned and issue receipt . STRANGE ETIQUETTES AGAIN THE UNDERSIGNED WAS TOLD THAT THE CASH COUNTER IS OCCUPIED & BUSY . UNDERSIGNED TOLD THAT HE WAS IN LINE AND HAVE TO WAIT.
    (I) UNDERSIGNED WAS NOT STANDING IN A LINE AT A BUS STAND OR IN A LINE AT A BURGER SHOP ON THE STRRET . “You are in line , is a rude & crude language and can only be used at the Local Harijan Basti
    (????? ?????? ???????) level.

    THE DEALING WITH THE Tanishq OUTLET WAS A SAD EXPERIENCE AND DID SUCCEED TO DISTURB THE MIND OF THE UNDERSIGNED CUSTOMER AND RAISE BLOOD PRESSURE .
