    dear Sir,

    I am using Xolo Q200L device, I purchased a battery from local market which manufactory date was 2013. battery was not giving backup so again I call to customer care and raise a complaint(510013973221) on 18th Nov and summit my device on lava xolo service center which address is kavya telecom F S Plaza Jagat Farm, Greater Noida, then on date 22 Nov after take the information form customer care that my part has been dispatch and arrived in service center. I reach there and I checked that ,that battery manufactory date is 2013 I called again customer care and share the issue that it is 4 year part it will also damage like old battery, but customer care and service center force me that battery is right and it will be work fine. as per customer care guidelines I charged my device 3 hours on mode switch off than battery was 43% charged and when I switch on my mobile battery charge% was 23% and battery is not working proper, I called to customer care again on date 23 Nov then customer care sr. executive told to me that not any area service center there of name kavya telecom if it is then why my complaint went there? I want solution other wise I will go consumer court defiantly.
