    I purchased apple I 4 on 03.09.2014 vide bill no. 00000RC202000120502 at delhi domestic airport T3 at 07.17 pm in exchange of my old phone Sony Experia . I tried to contact on 4th September customer care as I wanted to return the same n wanted my phone back. But there was no help as I am located in mumbai. Customer care requested me to visit nearest croma store which I did visit Oberon mall croma store on 05th September at 11.00 am. Executives mr. Nofil tried to help me n tried to get in touch with mr. John branch incharge of croma airport delhi domestic. I send all the details by SMS. But surprised to me till now no confirmation of the status of my phone . I am surprised the level of the service provided by Tata enterprise.
