    Installation service still not received

    It has been a very bad experience. The Croma services have become so bad. I bought a LG smart TV on 3/3/19 and it was delivered on 4/3/19 which I appreciate. We were assured that the installation would be done on the same day but then we received a message that it would be done within 2 days and till now whenever we contact croma they just say that it will be installed today or just few hours which is more annoying. How can u expect your customer to be happy with such service. Don’t u care what impression u r having on your customers and what would happen if the service would be such and which customer would recommend others to buy stuff from croma
