    my pension policy number is 360715102 dated 28/12/2001 and matured on 28/12/2014 annuity payable as per policy option D Rs 2048 But your Bangalore branch 614 Divisional II is paying Rs 1774. As I am retired person I am badly need of money for my medical treatment So I request you please go through the matter and pay difference amount wef 2014 on ward. e MAIL has already fwd to your Mumbai office on 04/10/2014 with scan copy of policy and correspondence letter.

    Sir my self Vinayak Singh having LIC policy No 23832538, because of working in Indian Navy I am unable to make payment in counter and that’s why I requested to make payment by ECS mode when the policy was taken but due to the lack of willness to solve the problem of customer from LIC system and Staff , I couldn’t make payment by ECS mode. Although I submitted every documents two time asked from my LIC branch, Bilhaur through my agent and calls many to my branch manager and
    made many E-mails for same But all is vain, I couldn’t payment through ECS mode , so usually everytime I am making payment online but this time I am unable to make payment by online also. Either can anyone from LIC take initiatives to resolve the problem or should I stop my LIC policy.

    My self manohar kumar sinha,My Annunity No 011Mo914113983 & Master Policy no IMAN 46468.I have sent my life certificate along with all requisite papers on 22nd Sept 2017.since October 2017 to till date I have n’t got my monthly pension.In this regard I have send 4 reminders to DO 1 New Delhi but sorry to say till date no response neither any reason n’t to release my pension.please help.

    Dear Sir,

    1. Please note that i have submitted my Aadhaar Card Copy and Pan Card Copy for linking of my LIC Policies to your Branch Office 95A as under : –

    (a) Jeevan Dhara Policy No – 140324286, purchased from LIC office Jammu, Unit No 1 Jammu on 02/01/1990. As far as my Jeevan Dhara Policy is concerned it is being serviced by LIC Office Camp 953 Branch Pune 1, as on date i am in reciept of the Annuity Instalment since 01/02/2007 and have been regularly submitting my Life Certificate as and when due.

    (b) Jeevan Suraksha Policy No – 113108940, purchased from LIC office Delhi Branch Office G103 on 28/03/2001.

    (c) Jeevan Akshay – VI Policy No – 958220985 purchased from LIC office Pune Branch office No 95 A.

    2. Inspite of repeated requests i have NOT recieved any confirmation of linking of my policies with Aadhaar Card, may i Request you to confirm the same.

    3. It is requested that my Jeevan Dhara Policy mentioned above is transferred to Shivaji Nagar Branch 95 A Pune.

    Since 2008 I am to pay Rs. 10,000/-towards my Health Plus Policy No. 467813237 and during this tenure previously only once I submitted a bill for domestic treatment, which I received. But this time, being a retired personnel, in February,2018 I had to submit a bill of Rs. 18,000/-(approx) for domestic treatment. But till now it is pending causing my financial crisis.The branch Code : 503 KATWA,AT 69/A KACHHARI ROAD, KATWA within District: Burdwan, West Bengal. Grievance Ref.No. SV1718079522 . Please look into the matter for early payment.

    My Policy no is 124760523.Name-Anamika.

    My policy premium has paid through yes bank credit card as on 25.04.18. and transaction ID is 181150609539.

    But still i have not received Payment receipt from LIC. Pls Check at your end against transaction ID 181150609539 dtd 25.04.18.

    Hello sir,
    Where is my reimbursement amount. Is it will be release or not, Please clear it. I paid the premium amount after lost my hard work. The customer pay the premium with late fee after due date, but now the claim was completed three months. If you are unable to pay my claim amount please back my premium amount with compensation and other charges as soon as possible. I hope your well wishes regarding the matter and not harm any other customer fore ever.
