    Osl motocorp pvt ltd, vip rd kaji najrul islam sarani, kolkata harassed me a lot. I have purchased o swift vxi from them invoice date was 3.3.17 and the delivered me the car on 30.3.17 after that i even got the tax token, registration no, means original no of the car, till now i drive with the temporary no even they asked me to meet their broker personally in motor vehicle ofc for my id proof which was already been given and their broker ill behaved with me…its worst expereience with this dealer…pl response

    Meri car swift dizire hai usme 1&2gear problem hai or mai maruti service kataria auto mai gaya toh usne mujhe 15000 ka karcha bataya maine usse bola ke meri car waranty mai hai service man ne bola ke tumari car ki waranty katam hai par meri car ki waranty hai 2 year ki toh service man ne bola ke 80000 km ke upper hogaya ho toh waranty nahi hota hai ab aap iske liye kya kar sakte ho yeh mujhe batao

    Maine 07/07/2017 me apni car ki rajsneh auto india pvt Ltd me service krai thi mera bill 7500 tha mere se 2000 ke aas pas intak mani fold clean ke pase liye gaye faltu me hi but meri gadi ka alignment thik nhi kr ke diya gaya our na hi washing thik se kri our time lagbhg five hours lga diye.
    Jab me meerut se sultan pur ja rha tha to meri gadi se joor se awaj hui our gadi band ho gai sukr h koi hadsa nhi hua phi maine gadi ek side lgai or bonet khola to uska ek pipe nikala hua tha wanhi ek admi ne meri madat ki usne us pipe ko sahi jgha lga diya jisme mere 2ghante lage. Phir maine rajsneh ke service advisor ko call ki to usne mera phone receive nahi kiya.
    Is karan se me rajsneh ki service se khus nhi hun
    Itna bill dene ke bad bhi kam thik se nhi hua.

    Sir, I m not satisfied with ur services provided by ur employees at service centre.sir I’m sorry to inform u that I purchased Swift VDI whose no is PB10FU9543 in July2016.Sir my car has undergone two services.But there is a problem in it that We have to?faced till now. It is that support of front window pane near the bonnet is pulled up when I use wiper to clean the pane.
    Sir, during second service the service employees made a big mistake. It was that they didn’t tighten one of the wheel cover as it lost on the way to home. Sir when I remind them their mistake, they asked for payment for it.They said ,”kaam to ho jayega lekin iske paise lgenge”. Now I tell me is it fair on their part.sir, I request u to look into the matter and. take suitable action.
    Hope to get favourable action.

    hello this is shiv kumar sengar from ujjain I had sent my maruti Wagan R at rukmani show room ujjian for repair my mp 04 cm 1542 due to accident of car . when I go to pickup my veichal I got some item missing in my car and I speak about it there was no accountable person for that and nobody cares about it and no proper repairs and no proper cleaning done and aslo asked 1.5 percent service tax for making payment by card .
    it was very bed experience form this kind of inferiror sevice and extra in legal asking to pay
    now I have two think twice before buying and referring for maruti suzuki vehicles due to this type of authorise dealers.

    I did not receive any document either from dealer OSL MOTOCORP PVT LTD.,KOLKATA or MARUTI SUZUKI COMPANY or REGISTERING AUTHORITY regarding the standard of EMISSION NORMS of my CELERIO VXI car WB 08 D 1434 ( manufactured in 02 / 2017 ) , in spite of submission of all details about my car and my identity to the CUSTOMER CARE ( as desired by them ) for providing me a certificate regarding its EMISSION standard.

    On 06/01/2017 i had booked a Maruthy Baleno DELTA Silver with Sai Motors NEXA on May my alotment came. At the time of booking it is assured that color can be changed .On that basis color change as well as name change also informed(wife’s name to husband name). on 25/10 informed of the vehicle and without any proper communication on 30/10/2017 vehicle De Alotted by the sales exe.     i have been a Maruti Customet for 6 years and i am feeling cheated at the hands of Maruti ONE UP MOTORS INDIA PVT. LTD LUCKNOW (U.P.). I have given my car WAGONR LXI CNG

    for paid service on 31/10/2017. telicoller of ONE UP told me that you get 50% discount on labour charg but after the service he give me FINAL BILL OF Rs:- 11815.00 for Paid service when i ask for the discount they not reply proper. ONE UP SERVICE IS SO POOR. after the many poor experience I have lodged complaint with Maruti customer care. i hope you can take a good action on it. otherwise i left the maruti fully and move for any other company. If you guys can share with me email id of some one senior it will bw big help else i will bw left with the only option od going legal against Maruti and ONE UP MOTORS INDIA PVT. LTD. LUCKNOW (U.P.)

    Sir i had purchased new Alto 800 lxi 2 weaks back from chowgules campal , panaji goa. I had paid 3 lacks 72 thousand rupees . Where i was given one kenwood stereo , and small accessories. I went for maruti the day i saw soon after 19th october it was said that on Buisness news that alto 800 has made 55000 rs less due to which i went for maruti .when i consulted i was said that if the rates are reduced they are informed 2 days back. However i am not at satisfied by spending 3.72 lacks on alto 800 lxi where no seat covers , no kitchen for keys .on your website it was shown as 3 lacks 2 thousand on road. I dont know how the rates are charged indifferent states . This is not a complain but i dont understand why are we told you will get these benefits and that benefits . Free accessories.

    Mr.Sandulkar (07702300223). After discussion with Ms Swarna as well as you the service advisor reached me around 4.30PM. To stop the nuisance since morning of yesterday i.e. December 1, 2017, the amount was paid. It should not look like that I am worrying for the money. It is really a breach of contract and confidence of the customer on the services rendered by the Maruti or their authorized dealer Varun Balanagar. In this website except M/s Adarsh dealer no other dealer is visible. It looks to be we can not open out mouth against the Varun Balanagar. The website of Maruti complaint is showing only Adarsh. If this is the strong bonding between varun and Maruti I think our voice going waste and we can not get desired service from Varun. I am deeply disappointed for the service that they have rendered. I do not know whether the wheel alignment was done or not, what is the status of coolant, what is the status of engine oil, are they changed the oil filters. These are minimum things that the service to be rendered. I do not know. In my office premises around 4 people including Mr Suresh reached. All people aim is that I am not paying the money. In my office premises, I do not like this to happen and I paid the money to them. Ofcourse I paid with a lot of dissatisfaction. Over and above, Mr Basha while we are discussing on the unsatisfactory service that they have rendered, he lost the cool and with a high raise of voice handed over the phone to Mr Suresh. Ofcourse this may be general practice that they can shout and they can cover-up their all the inefficiency and they can pocket the money from the customers. It is better to publicise. What is the service rendered. Body wash can put the car in perfect running condition. Mr Sandulkar, you may be of the opinion that, the customer how long he will follow-up and ina day or two this aggressiveness will lost and complaint can be closed. No I will not leave this matter. Nothing service has been rendered and commitments are not adhered. Customers trust was lost and no done any service or any baskc service. They have opened cover of the left door. but not repaired the window at their workshop. Again they opened the door in front of me. A lot of dust accumulated. They do not have minimum courtesy to clean the door when they have opened at their workshop. When I put this question to Mr Basha he become angry and answered rudely where the door cover is opened that they do not clean. If this is the case then there is a systemic failure of Varun and Maruti to render the service to the customers rather than increasing their profit margins. Giving money is quantifiable. But rendering the service to the car is not quantifiable. This awareness has to come within the maruti customers. The door window problem is also exaggerated. Actually if one belt is changed the window can function for which they are replacing total motor and assembly to charge to the customer who do not know anything except to say yes to Varun Balanagar. Squeeze as much as they want from the Indian Maruti Customers. This is very bad. Entire yesterday has got spoiled for no reason of me. Money, money and money. No other word from their mouth.I lost the complete confidence on Maruti as well as Varun Balanagar workshop.We can upload the complaint also in their name. This is also bad. I am very much dissatisfied with the service rendered and dispute resolution idea of Mr Sandulkar. Let us see. What will be done by maruti Thanking you Nageswara Rao S/09490191640
