    I was planning to take a vehicle from this show room and i paid 11k advanced but due to old model i changed my plan to not take this vehicle after that many times i called to the Gm of this show room and he is telling all the time tomorrow or day after tomorrow i will pay you and this thing is happening from the last one month .

    He don’t have sense to how to communicate with the customer and he is abusing also if i am asking my money back .

    plz Help.

    I purchased grand i10 from koncept Hyundai on31dec.2017 green park showroom in exchange I give them wagon r but they did not give exchange money of rupees 25000/- l provide original rc & photocopy rc but they (sobha tiwari sales representative) said Hyundai is not giving this offer to you
    I am not understanding this why not you giving me this offer

It just a dicky and other parts but I want a claim , for this i visited your showroom twice, but they talk rudely and not guyding me properly , that they when i buyed that car they didn’t washed it also so sir i am just requesting you to go through the concern

    Maine park hyundai (sangrur) se car li hai .20 days ho gaye. Unhone meri car ka insurance kam amount ka kaat diya. Wo bol re hai ki galti se kam amount pad gai. But abhi tak koi solution nai kar rahe. Plz help sir
