    HORRIBLE AFTER SALES SERVICE!!!
    I wish to bring to your attention the complete disregard your company has showed to a complaint of mine that has been pending for the past 3 months!!!
    My case ID is 2853685. My complaint was for an Oster Slim Tower Fan which I was informed by your technician has stopped working due to a defective motor. I was told by the same technician that the part would be replaced within a maximum of 10 days. This was on the 27th of July 2017.
    Repeated calls to Jardens customer care number have been futile. The only thing I am told is that the delay is due to “part pending”!! How can a simple part like a motor of a fan still being manufactured and sold at Croma and Vijay Sales not be available for THREE MONTHS???
    I have been in touch with a Mr. Shridhar and a Mr. Nirmal from your call centre. They haven’t proved to be of much help. Their response to my complaint is that they can’t do anything since it’s a manufacturing issue. But that doesn’t help me much as a customer. I want a SOLUTION not an EXCUSE.
    This is totally UNACCEPTABLE and shows Jarden as an ineffective and completely ineffecient company that doesn’t care a bit about customer satisfaction.
    I did not expect this from an internationally reputed company like Oster but unfortunately this is the last time I will buy any product from Oster.
